I’m Greg, and about five years ago, I started to feel…not so great. I went to the doctor, and after a battery of tests and a biopsy, I was diagnosed with Celiac disease. So, after 40+ years of great beer, bread, pizza, etc., etc., etc., I had to give it all up and discover new ways of enjoying one of my favorite things: food!
